What you get with your Goal & Competitive Diagnostic:
SWOT Analysis: Also called Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat Analysis, the SWOT examines influential factors within your operating environment. As part of the SWOT we compare your business to your competitors across a number of important dimensions.
Patient Intelligence: We work with you to survey new patients to determine what is and isn’t working when it comes to new patient sourcing.
Benchmarking: We document your monthly new patients, egg freezes, egg donations and egg retrievals over an extended period to inform our goal setting for your future.
What you need to begin
The Goal & Competitive Diagnostic is only as helpful as the data we gather during discovery. So we require a couple of things of all of our clients before working together:
Participation from your leadership team. For smaller practices this may be practice owners or practice managers; for larger practices this may be the CEO and CMO.
Access to business intelligence. We pull information from a variety of sources: your marketing operations, clinical teams and new patients.
Both of these requirements are essential. Your data and internal information is held in the highest regard and will never be sold or disclosed.
