What awaits you on the other side of working with Fertility Bridge?
+ Why the Fertility Marketing System?
There’s the fertility center that all of the patients want to go to, and all of the doctors want to work for. And then there’s the other one.
- Large corporations and private equity firms have consolidated the field.
- The current generation of fertility doctors is motivated in very different ways than the preceding generation.
- Patients expect more than they ever did before.
- Some fertility businesses are benefiting greatly from all of this and others are getting squeezed at every turn.
These facts are neither good nor bad in and of themselves, but the contrast between winners and losers is becoming even more stark. The curious thing is that it seems to happen so quickly.
That’s why Fertility Bridge developed a proven system to help you come out on top of these changes without having to give up one measly percentage point of equity in your fertility business.
We can’t get you there by waving a magic wand, instead there is a proven methodology.
What awaits you on the other side of the Fertility Marketing System?
- A tribe of couples and individuals that tell everyone in your region,“that doctor is the reason we have our children!”
- IVF patients that are ready to move on to treatment.
- A more profitable practice that sells for hundreds or millions of dollars more than it would have.
- New patients that let you lead and ask the right questions.
- Engaged staff that are rewarded by their impact in building families.
- Associate physicians that leverage your abundance and return their investment within six months
Centers that don’t have the advantage of the Fertility Marketing System may be doing “fine,” but almost certainly, these descriptions slowly become true
- Lose recruiting power of patients and staff to big networks
- Turn off patients from being too busy
- Burn out staff because of patient expectations
- Underserve patients because many of those who need treatment are not converting
- Drain profit across the business
- Lose a piece of their market to every vendor who wants one
- Lose hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars when they sell because private equity groups give them a lower multiple
- Break even or lose money on associate doctors who go elsewhere after two years
The Fertility Marketing System is only called such because the Fertility Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Patient Satisfaction System doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue.
It bridges the gap between marketing and fertility sales (conversion to treatment and collection) by solving for a business challenge and generating more profit in a way that makes the experience better for staff and patients.

how does the fertility marketing system work?
The Fertility Marketing System is ordered the same way that fertility treatment is. (No, we don’t help with any clinical outcomes; we are a business development consultancy and marketing firm. These are simply metaphors.)
“Diagnosis and prognosis” = Goal Diagnostic
“Treatment plan” = Fertility Marketing Blueprint
“Initial application of treatment” = Execution, Oversight, Training or Advisory
“Ongoing application of treatment,” if necessary
“Diagnosis”: The Goal and Competitive Diagnostic
On the clinic side, we don’t usually use the word sales, but that’s what getting paid for treatment is. Marketing is only an investment if it fluidly connects to sales and solves a business goal. Without a clear business goal, a challenge to be solved, and the dollar amount that it is worth, marketing is not an investment. It is an expense.
Fertility companies that do not align their marketing efforts to a business goal get in drawn-out commitments, do not improve patient relations, and waste money instead of generating more profit.
The business goal is established in the Goal Diagnostic. Here, we review your goals and current marketing and business development from a bird’s eye view. We share with you the biggest problem areas to reaching your goals and a bit of what other centers are doing to solve them. We diagnose which strategy you need to build (listed below in Treatment Plan section), and walk you through its components.
“Treatment Plan”: the Fertility Marketing Blueprint
Read about how we build your business development plan here.
Again, the Fertility Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Patient Satisfaction Blueprint was a bit much.
You can’t do everything at once to solve your goal. That’s checking items off of the checklist for the sake of “deliverables.” Strategy is knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.
The Fertility Marketing Blueprint is your fertility business’s treatment plan. Depending on the size of your organization, and the scope of your needs, you may need a complete Fertility Marketing Blueprint. Or you may need a specific Blueprint for one of the following
New Patient Volume Recoup
New Patient Major Growth
Particular Physician/Office/Region (for larger groups with localized needs)
IVF Conversion Increase
Practice Image Enhancement (for groups feeling the pain of being too busy)
Go-to-Market Launch (for brand new IVF centers)
Egg Freezing Development
Third Party Development
Direct to Patient
Business to Business
“Application of treatment”:
Execution, Advisory, Oversight, or Training
Read here about how we execute or help you to execute your business development plan.
If you’re not hiring us for our strategic expertise as the only firm that exclusively solves these business challenges in the fertility field, we wouldn’t be bringing you as much value as we could. It would be like having a nurse practitioner or a generalist come up with your treatment plan, and then going to the REI to execute it. This table may be useful for understanding what we do with our hands, in the context of hiring us for our minds.
Fertility Bridge performs every function listed in both columns of this table. We only perform the services in the second column in strategic combination to serve the needs of the first column.
If your primary concern mostly falls within the second column, you may not need Fertility Bridge: there are hundreds of thousands of freelancers and agencies that offer some version of these services.
If your primary concern mostly falls within the first column, we are the only firm that exclusively solves these challenges for fertility businesses.
“Ongoing Application of Treatment” if Necessary
For some clients, it makes sense to execute or help execute their plan as “one application of treatment”: one project. If they have new goals or challenges, we can perform another “application of treatment” (project) and continually improve their “treatment plan” (Fertility Marketing Blueprint). For other clients, their goals are so high and their needs are so great, that it makes sense to move right to a year term and pay monthly.
If Fertility Bridge helps you to execute your plan, or executes it for you, these are the two outcomes and their possible next steps:
You zoom past your starting point, but are not yet at your goal, either because it is simply a high goal and it just takes longer, or your operational capacity is lower than your goal
We work on the next part of the plan and help you to remove some of those obstacles and continue to move toward the goal
You set a new goal and we work toward that
You are satisfied with the progress and we disengage
You hit your goal in the first application
You set a new goal and we work toward that
You are satisfied with the progress and we disengage
Awaiting you on the other side of this system are happier patients, more engaged staff, more control, greater profits, and a brand and reputation everyone wants to be a part of.
It doesn’t happen without enthusiasm and effort, but it starts with one small step, and there’s no commitment to move from one phase to the next. Some of our clients engage us for years, and others just want a little extra insight applied to their company.
Fertility clinics of all sizes rely on Fertility Bridge to help them thrive in today’s marketplace. Our expertise, iterative methodology emphasis on continuous improvement is a proven recipe for success.
